There was almost no one on the roof of the downtown Sunnyvale business parking garage. For the most part they were occupying the \2nd and 3rd floors below. The odd thing was the complete lack of life in the surrounding apartment complexes. I had heard that they were unfinished, but it's been 4 years and still no one lives in them. It's almost eerie looking at all the unfinished homes that people could be living in.
